Candace is a NSCA certified personal trainer who trains clients how to become healthier, fitter, and stronger. She educates and trains clients using multiple tools - kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises that reveal their strength within them. Through strength training she helps clients unleash the incredible things their bodies can do leaving them wanting to discover what else they are capable of.
She believes that becoming strong first allows everyone to develop high levels of endurance, power, sport skills and fat loss capacities to help them become a leaner, stronger version of themselves. Strength training is a skill that builds everyone’s confidence to become aware of the physical and mental strength within them.
Fitness should build you up, make your life better, and leave you with questioning what else you are capable of achieving in your lifetime. Through prioritizing your quest to become healthy and strong Candace believes everyone can be fit for life and live the life they’ve always wanted.
