You will feel motivated and ready to kick ass everyday you come into the gym, so you can leave your preworkout at home.Cristian uses his experience from his five years of professional personal training in order to give his clients comprehensive and individualized workout plans. You will first be put through a four part in-depth assessment in order to see how your body moves, and what workouts can be safely done while seeing which workouts or muscles need extra attention. The assessment consists of a movement screen, a flexibility screen, hands on muscle isolation screen and a fat percentage test (you can always opt out of the fat test if it makes you feel uncomfortable). After completing the assessment Cristian will create your personalized workout plan with homework days and rest days easily drawn out for you so that you can make the most out of your fitness journey. Cristian will not only help you reach your fitness goals, but will also teach you how to sustain them.
