Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have always had a passion for sports, health, and anything fitness related. At a young age competitive sports became a focal point of my life that led to me competing in track and football at the collegiate level. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science. Which unfolded my curiosity and passion for movement, training adaptations, and sharing this knowledge with others.
After college I worked for the San Francisco 49ers Youth Football Programs, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple fitness and education professionals to develop educational fitness programs for youth that would convey the importance of physical activity, proper nutrition, and also give insight on the bodies positive physiological responses and adaptations when receiving an adequate amount of both.
I am currently pursing developingprojects that will allow me to creatively share not only my passion but the importance of movement, the body, and its aesthetics through media. I’mcurrently contributing content to Undo-Ordinary a wellness community and lifestyle magazine pacing out of LA + NY. Powered by sweat, offering classes, tips, and events that move people.
I can often be found exercising my creative side as a videographer, and photographer but find solace in helping others build the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I look forward to meeting you and creating the foundation to help you create, build, or rebuild, your healthiest, strongest, self.
