Sarah specializes in strength and comprehensive lifestyle training in order to help her clients enjoy the road to transformation. Sarah has experience in personal transformations, both with herself and her clients. At one time an All-American athlete and collegiate lacrosse player, she found herself years later de-conditioned and sluggish, feeling terrible and as if she’d let down her body and herself.
Driven by a goal to find freedom and power in her body and physical abilities, she applied the behavioral principles learned as a psychology student in order to design a program for sustainable lifestyle change focusing on positive pillars such as resistance training, gratitude, balanced nutrition and greater mind-body connection. This has led to a career focused on helping others establish balance and strength in their own lives.
With specialized certifications in strength and conditioning, functional strength, and sports performance, and experience working with clients from all walks of life, Sarah is proud to be able to work with one of the most effective and popular team of coaches in the Bay Area.
