Wissem’s love for fitness started at a very young age. He grew up in Tunisia and being a skinny child, he turned his passions to sports and fitness. In his younger years, he played soccer, handball, volleyball, hiked and joined the swimming team in school. He found himself connecting the most to soccer, which led to playing Professional Soccer competitively in Tunisia and France.
Being a risk taker and having a strong desire to learn more about fitness; he moved to San Francisco. While continuing college, Wissem became a gym warrior to relief stress and his focus was on bulking up by weight training. Though he became very muscular and strong, he found himself not feeling as healthy internally as he had hoped to be. This is when he started really focusing on the holistic approach of nutrition and developing lean muscle. As a passion and a hobby – he then started attending fitness certification classes to learn as much as he could for his own personal growth and health. This offered him a greater understanding on the science behind how the body, mind, nutrition and muscle connections all work together. This then led him to a larger variety of exercise; including CrossFit, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Bootcamp/Military styles.
