This system summating from over a decade in the industry, utilizes principles from expert coaches I have had the opportunity to work with. The founding principles of our training style is built upon building a foundation based on functional movement and optimal body composition. Each athlete is individually assessed and built a custom program based on key modalities. Steiner Strength’s team of expert coaches are here to provide you with the most complete system of training no matter what your goal or sport.

EQUIPMENT

Coach Provides | Cones + Team Competition Gear

Team Provides:

- Foam roll
- 41” stretch band 
- 6 assorted mini bands( green, blue black )
- 20kg / 24kg kettlebell 
- Jump Rope 
- Water/Sports Drink

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Session Length | 60 - 75 minutes

6:45am - 7am | Movement Prep 

7am - 7:20am | Dynamic Warm-Up

Rest + Water

7:25am - 7:50am | Team Conditioning, Team Competition or Team Strength 

7:50am - 8am | Team Static Stretch
